Money Follows Value
"How do I make more money?"
Fair question. Most of us ask it.
But there's a better one hiding underneath.
I used to think successful people had something I didn't. A special brain. Better connections. Better luck. Some secret nobody had told me.
Then I started spending time around people who were doing well, and the pattern got hard to miss.
The ones earning more were solving problems for other people. A teacher helps someone understand. An engineer makes things work. A mechanic fixes what's broken. A developer builds a tool other people need.
Different jobs. Different industries. Same pattern.
The money wasn't the starting point. The problem was.
I spent years asking how to earn more. The better question had been sitting underneath it the whole time.
Because when someone hands you money, they're saying something simple. You helped me solve something I couldn't solve myself.
That changed how I saw the whole thing. Wanting to earn more is normal. But money follows value. A solution. A result. A better situation than the one somebody had before.
So you stop asking "how do I make more money?" and start asking "what problem can I help solve?"
Money follows value. Value starts with a problem.
